SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Nesqi. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery time is [5–8] business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. Any applicable costs will always be shown at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within [5] business days, please contact us at ffs0003@alu.medac.es.

DELAYS
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier issues). We appreciate your patience and are always here to help.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at  ffs0003@alu.medac.es and we'll do our best to update it before shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us at ffs0003@alu.medac.es and we'll work with you to resolve it.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
